Global Warming and Energy

Bush is smart enough to leave the Kyoto Protocol alone. Right now, the development of India and China are going to consume more and more energy than the rest of the world. The sum of these two countries' population is almost half of the world. It is no doubts these two countries can not take care the development of their industries and protection of their environment at the same time. After all, being rich is the priority for these two countries. US is no need to limit itself in the flow of its "blood" while it watches India and China are consuming oil without much restriction.

Though the advance of technology may help to use the energy effectively, it still takes a few years to get to the point we can use the energy effectively while our economics do not stall or lag behind.
